For years, tungsten carbide has been regarded as the top choice material for abrasive material printing. Now, PCD is here to take the crown with a hardness of 5000 (Vickers HV), making the Alpha nozzle overqualified for printing the most demanding materials.

Clogs and inconsistent flow kill uptime. ALPHA combines the ultra-low friction coefficient of PCD (0.01) with an internal mirror-polished finish to help filament feed smoothly through the melt zone—reducing buildup and improving reliability.

Put heat where it matters most—right at the point filament exits the nozzle. With PCD thermal conductivity up to 500 W/m·K, ALPHA provides exceptional heat transfer, improving melt stability, flow consistency, and high-speed performance.
