Help Us Build Our Filament Wall (And Get Store Credit!)
At Digital Dragon 3D, we want to make sure you know exactly what your prints will look like before you buy your materials. While we stock a massive selection of Bambu Lab and Epax 3D filaments, we don't have physical color swatches printed for every single option yet.
We’re turning this into a community project! If you have printed with a Bambu or Epax color that is currently missing from our display wall, bring a sample swatch into the shop.
For every unique color swatch you bring in that we don't already have on display, we’ll give you $1 off a roll of filament (up to a maximum discount of $5 per visit).
To keep our display wall completely uniform, all submissions must use the standard solid swatch model.

We have a pre-sliced file ready to go for you at the shop! Just ask us for it next time you're in or contact us and we can send it over.
Filaments that have multiple colors such as transitions are difficult to see all the changes. We use dragon eggs. You can find this file on MakerWorld: Dragon Egg with hidden seam by SQuinn. We use the MINI EGG.

It is simple, when we first began creating swatches it was a tag and rectangle. As we have grown, we have continued with the tag and rectangle and added the egg to demonstrate the transitions in the filament.

Makers Making Change MakeGood Tech Owl
PLA/ Rubber Duck Campaign
DD3D will be collecting 3D printer PLA Ducks.
These ducks will be on display in the store. But we will also have the opportunity to share our ducks with the Sanford Rotary Club "Adopt a Duck" race on 6-7-2026.
